Carmen Royale is a pop/dance recording artist and female vocalist for the New York based band One Step Ahead lead by male vocalist Dedric Curry. Mixing soul and rock influences, Carmen Royale has worked with Motown and Grammy nominated and award winning producer DSharp to create dance songs such as "Tonight."

Most recently Carmen released the sultry ballad "Catch Up," the title song for the short film Tide appearing in independent theaters in 2017 internationally.
